The Dragons have earned universal priase for their style of running rugby, compliments that resonante to the Golden Era of Welsh Rugby.

But coach Hansen knows that all elements of a team’s game-play must come together if they are to triumph in the World Cuptournament

“Rugby is not just about scoring tries, it’s also about not giving away penalties and we gave away too many,” said the Kiwi coach.

“But if England are honest with themselves then they will know it could have gone either way.

“You can sulk about scoring more tries but the scoreboard says they won and you just
have to realise and accept you were beaten by a better time on the day.

“You learn from these defeats and it is the pain that motivates you to do what others wouldn’t. That’s what makes average teams into good teams, and good teams into outstanding ones.”

Hansen’s international record is 26 games with nine wins Since taking over the role of Wales coach in February 2002.
