Full back Lloyd Parker scored a late try to give Blaenavon a first win- 16-10 at Usk.
In the West, Penygroes gained a fourth successive win as they defeated Aberaeron 21-10 to hand that club their first loss, while New Dock Stars won by 26-13 at Tycroes and Pembroke won a third match by 39-0 over Llangwm.
