Although the home team were in their first season they put up a tremendous battle for the first 20 minutes, but the visitors experience show through with a 50 – 0 win.

The next 2 games were at home for Llandaff North, with the first being against North Hastings from Canada. The visitors entered into the game in the true sprit of rugby but again the more experience of Llandaff North showed through and ended with a comfortable 66 – 0.

The final game of this series was against Dartmouth University from the U.S.A. This proved to be the hardest game of the season with end to end action from both sides. With two minutes to go Llandaff North were hanging on to a 15 – 13 lead when replacement, 15 year old Nina Worgon crash over for her second try of the game and secured the 20 – 13 win for the North.

Coach Kevin Lewis said: “The four games was a great experience for both players and coaches. We are now planning to tour abroad again next season and will continue to look for games against teams from other countries.”
