DIVISION FOUR
Pontllanfraith are pulling towards the East title after a 31-14 win over Monmouth and Trinant’s 18-11 home loss to Newport HSOB with the latter going to third place, while Tredegar Ironsides jumped to second after winning at St Peter’s.

Llangefni took a step nearer the North title after defeating Newtown 27-0 and two wins from their last four matches will see them crowned as champions.

Tonna’s 32-24 win over Resolven has thrown the South-West title wide open between the two clubs with Resolven having only one game remaining and Tonna likely to need to win their last three games to snatch top spot.

Amman Utd beat Fishguard 45-3 in the West and two wins from three outings would see them title winners, while Aberdare still hold the whip hand over Fairwater in the South-East, as Penarth fell 16-15 at Llantwit Major.

DIVISION FIVE
Bala lifted the North title after a 33-11 win at Welshpool and are the second club to a title, following  Nantyglo, who remained with a 100% record in the East after a 45-0 win at Machen in a division where there was a rare 0-0 scoreline, in the match between Usk and Abertillery BG.

The South-East title is the most hotly contested of all in Wales as Cilfynydd, Cefn Coed, South Wales Police, Porth and Penallta all won again. Abercrave and Birchgrove contest the South-West, but Abercrave need to win their last two games to ensure top place.

Pembroke kept hold of first place in the West by winning 15-10 at Aberaeron and only second-placed New Dock Stars can now halt them after sitting it out as the bye team on Saturday.
