Kevin Morgan returns at fullback to captain the side having recovered from the ankle injury incurred against Glasgow at Firhill six weeks ago and Martyn Thomas moves to the right wing. Rhodri Gomer-Davies returns alongside Ashley Smith in the centre as Paul Emerick, who left the field injured against Ulster, moves to the bench. The half back pairing of scrum-half Andy Williams and fly-half Ceri Sweeney is unchanged.

Joe Bearman boosts an already experienced back row of Richard Parks, who gave an excellent performance against Ulster on returning from injury, and Dragons stalwart Michael Owen at No.8. Hugh Gustafson joins the front row alongside Ben Daly and Lee Harrison with Andrew Hall and Peter Sidoli in the second row as Adam Jones moves to the bench.

The replacements bench is strengthened by the return of Jamie Ringer who approaches a league career milestone, making his 92nd appearance in the league this weekend.
