The Ospreys centre has failed to recover from a calf strain and is to be replaced in the starting line-up by Tom Shanklin, who slots in at outside centre with his Cardiff Blues team-mate Jamie Roberts reverting to the number 12 position. Another Ospreys centre, Andrew Bishop, takes up the spot vacated by Shanklin on the bench.
Henson’s injury will be re-assessed next week and no further information will be available until that time.
