Glamorgan Wanderers welcome back Under 20’s trialists Dan Fish, Ryan Healey, Josh Navidi and Ieuan Davies to the side, after they all missed the Pontypridd defeat, for the trip to Cross Keys.

Blues centre Dafydd Hewitt is released to play and Lloyd Williams returns to action on the bench after a layoff due to injury. He is joined amongst the replacements by James Richards who has recovered from a calf strain.

In the backs Jason Pocock and Simon Rosser are alongside youngsters Luke Fear, Tom Rowlands and Owen Marshall and in the pack Karl Kimber is joined in the back row by young prospects James Hadfield and Rhys Meredith.
