Outside half Rhodri Carlton-Jones converted all five tries as the North Walians cruised to another magnificent victory on the road, 35-17 win.

It was tense at Bedlinog in Division 2 East as the Foxes’ No. 8 Luke Morgan scored a hat-trick in a nail-biting 35-33 victory over Abercynon. Nelson scored seven tries to overcome Pill Harriers 38-20 and add to their narrow lead at the top of the table.
Elsewhere, Llantwit Fardre squeezed past Llantrisant with a 30-29 away win but it was the fourth defeat in a row for bottom place Tylorstown, who were beaten 28-12 at home to third place Senghenydd.
There was late drama at Virginia Park as Caerphilly kicked a penalty in the dying moments to beat Abergavenny 27-24 and ensure fourth place in the Division 3 East table.
Pontypool United kept their grip on the top spot thanks to a comfortable 34-13 win at Brynmawr while Newport HSOB bounced back after two consecutive defeats with a 35-10 victory over Croesyceiliog.
Leaders Pontyclun gained their fifth win of the Division 3 South East campaign, crossing six times to fly past Fairwater 41-8. Dowlais are secure in second place thanks to a 51-8 victory over Cardiff Quins, while Brecon picked up their first points of the season with a 34-19 bonus point win against Porth Harlequins.
