Deri RFC v New Panteg RFC – Jason Lundregan – Law 10.4.B – 24-Sep-16  
Mid Range (MR).  Four (4) week suspension (initially 5 weeks but 1 week deduction for the player’s clean disciplinary record).  Jason Lundregan may resume playing on 30 December 2016. 
 
Mountain Ash RFC v Porth Harlequins RFC – Jarrad Parfitt – Law 10.4.M – 12-Nov-16         
Having viewed video evidence presented by Mounian Ash RFC, the Panel determined to take no further action other than to expunge the red card from the player’s record.   Jarrad Parfitt may continue playing the game.  
 
Abercynon RFC v Barry RFC – Joshua Savage – Law 10.4.A – 12-Nov-16      
Mid Range (MR).  Four (4) week suspension (initially 5 weeks but 1 week deduced for the player’s clean record).  Joshua Savage may resume playing on 30 December 2016.

Mid Range (MR).  Four (4) week suspension (initially 5 weeks but 1 week deduced for the player’s clean record).  Thomas Vincent Hunt may resume playing on 30 December 2016.

Lower End (LE).  Two (2) week suspension (initially 4 weeks but 2 weeks deduction for the player’s clean record and apology).  Matthew Anderson may resume playing on 16 December 2016. 
 
Penarth RFC v Pontyclun RFCRhys W Way – Law 10.4.B – 12-Nov-16      
Mid Range (MR).  Three (3) week suspension (initially 5 weeks but 2 weeks deduction for the player’s clean record and apology).  Rhys W Way may resume playing on 23 December 2016. 
 
Cardiff Saracens RFC v Wattstown RFC – James Webb – Two Yellow Cards – 12-Nov-16      
Mandatory One (1) week period of suspension for receiving two yellow cards (foul play) in the same match.  James Webb may resume playing on 9 December 2016. 
 
COBRA RFC v Bethesda RFC – Dafydd Huw Williams – Law 10.4.S/M – 12-Nov-16 
Mid Range (MR).  Six (6) week suspension (initially 12 weeks but the Panel took into account the presence of significant mitigating factors and applied the maximum reduction of 50% pursuant to Rule 6.19 of the WRU Regulations). Dafydd Huw Williams may resume playing on 13 January 2017. 
 
Treherbert RFC v Cilfynydd RFC – James Davies – Law 10.4.A – 1-Oct-16    
Mid Range (MR).  Three (3) week suspension (initially 5 weeks but 2 weeks deduction for the player’s clean disciplinary record and apology to the referee).  James Davies may resume playing on 23 December 2016. 
 
Cardiff RFC v Carmarthen Quins RFC – Jonathan Edwards – Law 10.4.A – 29-Oct-16             
The Panel determined to take no further action other than to expunge the red card from the player’s record.  Mr. Edwards may continue playing the game. 
 
Pontrhydyfen RFC v Ogmore Vale RFC – Matthew Hooper Davies – Law 10.4.A – 12-Nov-16            
Lower End (LE).  One (1) week suspension (initially 2 weeks but 1 week deduction for the player’s clean disciplinary record).  Matthew Hooper Davies may resume playing on 9 December 2016. 
 
Bryncethin RFC v Bridgend Sports RFC – Gareth Evans – Law 10.4.A – 12-Nov-16   
Lower End (LE).  One (1) week suspension (initially 2 weeks but 1 week deduction for the player’s clean disciplinary record).  Gareth Evans may resume playing on 9 December 2016.

Lower End (LE).  Four (4) week suspension (initially 6 weeks but 2 weeks deduction for the player’s clean disciplinary record and apology).  Jack Williams may resume playing on 30 December 2016. 
 
Morriston RFC v Brynamman RFC – Nicky Howard Jones – Law 10.4.B – 12-Nov-16              
Mid Range (MR).  Four (4) week suspension (initially 5 weeks but 1 week deduction for the player’s clean disciplinary record).  Nicky Howard Jones may resume playing on 30 December 2016.
