He joins skipper Lewis Evans, Welsh international Hallam Amos, Brok Harris, Nic Cudd, Rynard Landman and Ed Jackson in the list of players who have re-signed for the Men of Gwent.

The 25-year-old, who can play both centre and wing, joined the Region in the summer of 2015. Warren, who recently made his 50th appearance, made his debut for the Dragons against Connacht in 2015 at the Sportsground and started every match last season.

He has international caps from Wales U20s and Wales Sevens, whilst he has also been capped for Wales against the Barbarians at the Millennium Stadium in 2012.

Warren commented: “I am really enjoying playing regular rugby against top sides, whilst fully challenging myself. It’s a good Region with a big history.

“There are a lot of talented players in the squad that I enjoy playing with, but we really need to show more of what we are capable of on a regular basis and kick on in the league. As a young squad we have plenty of ambition to become successful both as a team and individuals.

“The fans are great and add a huge amount of excitement to our home games, creating a good atmosphere for the squad as well as a tough place for the opposition to play.”

Dragons’ Head Coach, Kingsley Jones added: “Adam has been an excellent addition to the Dragons squad. He is at a very good stage in his career and I’m sure we are yet to see the best of Adam who has already represented Wales.

“Adam is very versatile player which allowed him to play in every single game for the Men of Gwent last season, emphasising what a valuable member of our playing squad he is.

“He is often our best player no matter which position he is selected, and always gives everything in training and on the field of play.”
