Reigning champions the Dragons will be hoping to get back to winning ways when they head to Aberavon to meet the Ospreys in the Regional Age Grade U18 Championship tonight (Wednesday, 7.15pm).

Both sides were beaten in the opening round, the Dragons at home to the Blues and the Ospreys at the Scarlets, and will be looking for a morale booster. Back row man Ben Moa will captain a Dragons side showing five changes for the game against the Blues.

Prop Adam Williams is named in the front row, while lock Joe Cooper is called into the pack alongside back rower George Young. Centre Oli Andrews makes his first start of the campaign while a final change sees Jack Maloney bag a starting spot on the wing.

Wales U18 cap Oliver Burrows was a try scorer for the Ospreys at Parc Y Scarlets in their 22-12 defeat and he is joined by fellow try scorer Kyan Lloyd in the home pack.

Dragons U16 Red head to The Gnoll to tackle Ospreys West (kick-off 7.15pm) having fought back to claim a 31-31 draw with Dragons Black in the opening round. The Ospreys U16 East side, who opened with a 26-12 win over Scarlets West, travel to Sardis Road to take on Cardiff Blues U16 North (kick-off 7.15pm)
