Llangennech moved to within three points of Narberth at the top of Admiral Championship West with a 27-21 win at Bonymaen.
Luke Davies, Harrison Button, Ryan Morgans and Willis Wood got Llan’s tries, with Steff Marshall kicking two conversions and a penalty. Cameron Setter scored twice for Bonymaen, with Ben Davies getting their other try, while Lawrence Thomas converted all three.

Brecon, currently third, warmed up for next weekend’s clash with Narberth by defeating Dunvant 29-0 thanks to tries from Sam Jones, Jack Crockett, Sam Prosser and Jake Newman – who also kicked three conversions and a penalty.

A hat-trick from Ceri Rees inspired Ammanford’s 30-28 victory against Tata Steel. Zac Phillips and Fraser Gregory were also on the scoresheet as Ammanford took maximum points. Ryan Williams kicked one penalty and one conversion.

Crymych saw off Newcastle Emlyn 35-13 while Trebanos got the better of Ystalyfera 21-17. Mackenzie Clayton and Josh Ferriman got Trebanos’ two tries while Rhys Harris converted one and sent over three penalties.

Championship East leaders Cardiff Met triumphed 47-28 at Penallta, while Cross Keys were 21-10 victors over Newbridge.
Tom Sullivan and Dan Buffrey scored for Keys with Adam Tetley kicking three penalties and a conversion.  Matthew Davies got the Newbridge try, converted by Josh Malson – who also landed a penalty.

Rumney defeated St Peter’s 13-8 while Beddau came from 15-0 down at Glamorgan Wanderers to eventually win 24-23 thanks to Hywel Chatham’s last-gasp drop goal. Sam Tiley, twice, and Lloyd James had earlier scored tries for Beddau, for who Cody Baker kicked two conversions and Chatham one.
