We hear from all four Welsh regions, Dai Young of the Blues, Tom Willis of hte Dragons, Nigel Davies of the Scarlets and Ryan Jones of the Ospreys, as well as Wales No 8 Gareth Delve of Gloucester. We also talk to Scott Andrews and Ashley Sweet, who were both flag bearers when the Millennium Stadium staged the opening game of the Rugby World Cup 10 years ago and have come through the Wales international age grade system since.
