In the final game of the Road to Principality series, Nelson Belles faces Cardiff Quins for the U15s National Cup.

A physical opening 20 minutes from the two sides started a huge battle up front with some strong hits being put in from the teams.

A tug of war contest broke out with neither able to capitalise on the other. Eventually Cardiff Quins chances came with Seren Lockwood charging down a clearing kick and a well timed bounce finding her hands to score under the posts. Regan Jones converting to give Cardiff Quins the 7-0 lead at the break.

Looking for the first score of the second half Nelson Belles gathered the ball quickly allowing Evie Hill to crash over the line for try.

Momentum shifting in their favour, Captain Tia Jones crashed over the line for her sides second try to take the lead.

Firmly in control of the game, Chiara Pearce made the impressive break mid field to plough into the 22 to set Jones up for the brace. Pearce converting to take the score to 7-17.

Cardiff Quins battled hard to try and finish on a high but a relentless defence from their opponents secured them the victory and the U15s National Cup!
