WRU strength and conditioning coach Bobby Stridgeon guides Wales and Scarlets scrum half Gareth Davies through a warm-up session (above) to get the heart rate up and the blood pumping.

Session 1

Wales Women’s full back Kayleigh Powell goes through Bobby’s first session which consists of squats, push ups, side planks, lunges, y lifts, planks, double leg bridges and star jumps.

Session 2

Wales Women’s Manon John is put through her paces in the second session which features squats, spiderman pushups and side planks, split squat superman, plank knee to elbow, double leg bridges and burpees.

Session 3

Wales and Scarlets scrum half Gareth Davies goes through the third circuit which includes squat jumps, raised feet push ups, bear crawl, split squat jumps, prone walk outs, single leg bridges, chest down burpess and mountain climbers.
