Joint leaders Pontypool are the only other unbeaten side in the division and were unstoppable on Wednesday night hammering Tondu 50-3. Pooler entertain 4th placed Llandovery in undoubtedly the most exciting fixture of the weekend.

Llandovery are just two points off top spot following their 23-12 midweek victory over Bedwas.

Cross Keys will be hoping to get back to winning ways after they lost their unbeaten record to Tredegar on Wednesday.

It won’t be plain sailing as they host Aberavon who, even at this early stage in the season, look serious title contenders.

Tredegar travel to Llanharan looking to build on their midweek victory over Cross Keys. With both sides on six points, this will be a tense and tight battle.

Tondu will be out to put their midweek hiding behind them when they travel to Cardiff hoping to teach the Glamorgan Wanderers a lesson.

However, the home side will still be reeling from their thrashing against Aberavon and will see this game as the perfect match to get back on track.

Bonymaen play Beddau, with both sides looking for a result to kick start their season.

Two sides who are yet to get up and running this year are Rumney and Treorchy.

Rumney travel to Carmarthen while bottom placed Treorchy travel to Newbridge, where Jason Williams will expect to add to his record tally of 2,283 which he achieved in midweek.
