The defeat saw Carmarthen Athletic tumble two places and are now third on points difference after Corus squeezed past Cwmavon 17-15.

Meanwhile Maesteg Quins and Tonna both registered their first wins of the campaign in what is proving to be a highly competitive division.
Quins celebrated their first win after holding out 25-24 at Penclawdd and Tonna also broke their duck away from home, returning 14-9 winners from Seven Sisters.

Llanelli Wanderers won the clash between the early pace setters in Division Three with an impressive 32-10 win over north walians Llangefni. Tumble stayed in touch with a 17-10 success at lowly Trimsaran.


Mumbles moved into top spot in Division Three (South-West) on points difference following a crucial 22-10 win at previous leaders Aberavon Quins. Heol-y-Cyw moved into second place by maintaining their unbeaten run against local rivals Kenfig Hill, 17-6, while Brynamman clinched their first win of the season, returning 20-11 victors from Skewen to leave Bryncoch rooted to the foot of the table.


Division Four leader Llanbydder have yet to drop points after a 29-20 win at Hendy but BP Llandarcy tasted defeat for the first time this season in Division Four (South-West) after going down 10-3 at Briton Ferry.
