Women’s clubs across Wales are all in action this weekend in the Admiral Women’s National Leagues.

In the Premiership, Caernarfon host Cobra in North Wales and Whitland welcome Pontyclun Falcons to their home ground on Sunday afternoon.

In the Championship, fresh off the back of a 19-17 win over Ynysddu, Lampeter Town travel to Parc Mawr to face Bonymaen Ladies.

Ynysddu will look to get back to winning ways and maintain their place at the top of the table when they host Blackwood who are on the hunt for their first win in the Championship.

Haverfordwest will be looking for their third win on the trot in the Championship when they travel to face Llantwit Fardre.

There’s WRU Women’s Cup action also taking place this weekend. Last Sunday, Caernarfon, Llandaff North and Ynysddu all booked their places in the semi-finals of the WRU Women’s Cup with wins over Pontyclun, Lampeter Town and COBR respectively. Seven Sisters and Burry Port will battle it out for the final place in the semis on Sunday afternoon kicking off at 2pm at Maes Dafydd.

Elsewhere in the National Bowl Competition Y Piod Pinc welcome Senghenydd Sirens to Parc Mynydd Mawr on Sunday. In the Plate competition Gwernyfed will play host to Nelson Belles.

In East Wales National Leagues, CR Cymry Caerdydd, Dowlais and Whitchurch play host to Old Penarthians, Porth Harlequins and Blaina respectively.

Up North, Abergele host Shotton Steel, Rhyl and District welcome Holyhead and Llangefni will travel to take on Wrexham.

In West Wales Porthcawl will take on Tondu and Newcastle Emlyn will host Pembroke.
