Wales U19 Invitational to face USA U19

Wales U19 Invitational to face USA U19

The selected players represent club teams from all over Wales and were nominated by club and regional coaches to trial last weekend at the Welsh Institute of Sport. Following a tough and competitive first day, the squad was whittled down in size overnight and the players who made the cut had a second day to impress coaches.

Academy and High Performance Manager Sophie Bennett commented: “This is a fantastic opportunity for our best welsh youngsters to showcase their talents. We have already seen glimpses of potential at the trials and we are really excited to see them play together in a competitive match.”

Entry to the match is free and parking is available on site. Directions to the venue can be found at www.rumneyrfc.co.uk.
