Super 5 the magic number
The women’s squads for RGC, Dragons, Blues, Scarlets and Ospreys were in action at St Helen’s recently to launch the Women’s Regional Championship. Wales Women head coach Rowland Phillips will be using the competition as a six-well trial for his autumn series squad selection.
