The Trefforest schoolboy became the five millionth visitor to the Millennium Stadium and to mark the event, he was presented with a commemorative T-shirt and a framed drawing of the Millenium Stadium by Wales legend Ieuan Evans.
Rhodri, who was with his grandad at the game, said, ‘I’m a Celtic Warriors supporter and Richard Parks is my favourite player but it was great to meet Ieuan Evans too.’
The stadium reached the fve million milestone less than four and a half years after opening its doors for the first time for the Wales v South Africa match on June 29 1999.
