WRU Women’s National Cup Final 2007-2008

This season’s WRU Women’s National Cup Final will be contested by reigning champions Cardiff Quins and UWIC at Taffs Well RFC on Sunday April 27th (kick-off 2.30pm).

Cardiff Quins look to retain their title, having made it into this season’s final with a 25-12 defeat of Dolgellau in the semi-final and a narrow 21-20 win over Blaenau Gwent in the quarters of the competition.

Students UWIC, meanwhile, take on the reigning champs courstesy of a 33-12 semi-final defeat of Pontyclun and a superb 53-7 victory over Llandaff North in the Cup quarter-final.


The final takes place at Taffs Well RFC, the home of Welsh Women’s Rugby, on Sunday 27th April at 2.30pm: please come along and show your support.
