Quins claimed the silverware last season with a hard fought 24-15 win against UWIC at Taffs Well and have had a stranglehold on the competition over the past couple of seasons but Llandaff will be eager to make their own mark.

In the other games of the second round of the cup, University of Wales Newport will host either Tylorstown or Dolgellau while north Walian side Ruthin will travel to Neath while Seven Sisters are at home to UWIC.

In the first round of the plate the loser of the Tylorstown v Dolgellau clash will take on Pontyclun while Abercwmboi tackle Waunarlwydd. Both Blaenau Gwent and Cowbridge receive byes.
