Below are the results of the WRU Disciplinary Panel meeting held on 27 October 2016

Bedlinog 2nd XV v Ynysybwl 2nd XV RFC – Craig Griffiths (24-Sep-16) – Law.10.4.S/M       
Mid Range (MR).  Eleven (11) week suspension (initially 12 weeks but 1 week deduction for the player’s apology).  Craig Griffiths may resume playing on 13 January 2017. 

Neyland RFC v Cardigan RFCGareth Pugh Llywelyn Clifford  (1-Oct-16) – Law 10.4.A
Lower End (LE).  One (1) week suspension (initially 2 weeks but 1 week deduction for the player’s clean disciplinary record).  Gareth Pugh Llywelyn Clifford may resume playing on 4 November 2016. 

Aberdare RFC 2nd XV v Porth Quins 2nd XV – Richard Tavender (8-Oct-16) –  Law 10.4.B  
Lower End (LE).  One (1) week suspension (initially 2 week suspension but 1 week deduction for the player’s clean disciplinary record).  Richard Tavender may resume playing on 4th November 2016. 

Mold RFC 2nd XV v Llandudno 2nd XV RFC – Mark Padgett (8-Oct-16) – Law 10.4.H             
Mid Range (MR).  Three (3) week suspension (initially 5 weeks but 2 weeks deduction for the player’s clean disciplinary record and immediate apology to the referee).  Mark Padgett may resume playing on 18 November 2016.

St Peter’s RFC v Penarth RFCScott Mackie (1-Oct-16) – Law 10.4.A         
Lower End (LE).  Three (3) week suspension (initially 4 weeks but 1 week deduction for the player’s apology).  Scott Mackie may resume playing on 18 November 2016.

St Julians RFC v Trefil RFCMathew Harley (8-Oct-16) – Law 10.4.E           
Lower End (LE).  One (1) week deduction (initially 2 weeks but 1 week deduction for the player’s apology).  Mathew Harley may resume playing on 4th November 2016.

Barry RFC v Rumney RFCLuke Regan (8-Oct-16) – Two Yellow Cards       
Mandatory one (1) week suspension for receiving two yellow cards in the same match.   Luke Regan may resume playing on 4th November 2016.

Abertysswg RFC v Pontypool United RFC – Rhys Davies (8-Oct-16) – Law 10.4.C    
Lower End (LE).  Three (3) week suspension (initially 4 weeks but 1 week deduction for the player’s clean disciplinary record).  Rhys Davies may resume playing on 18 November 2016. 

Taffs Well RFC v Llandaff North RFC – Max Watkins (24-Sep-16) – Law 10.4.A
The Panel determined the red card will be expunged from the player’s record.  Max Watkins may continue playing the game (Personal Hearing).
